Our university's unique new educational system

Problem-solving internships

The purpose of this "problem-solving internship" is not just to provide work experience, but also for students to become aware of the issues facing industry, companies, modern society, local communities, and government through their own learning and activities, and to seek and propose solutions to these issues. Through this process, students will be able to acquire the independent learning and proactive skills to learn, think, and communicate on their own. In order to implement this type of internship, universities and industry will work more closely than ever before, and universities will accurately grasp the needs of industry and build programs accordingly.

Students create a company introduction pamphlet

In order to enhance the educational effect on students and cultivate their career and work ethic, it is important to provide opportunities for students to learn about companies independently and in depth. Furthermore, by having students negotiate with companies, interview them, and create company introduction brochures and other materials, students can develop the ability to think, act, identify problems, and solve them independently. Furthermore, the growth of the students who were involved in the creation of these materials can be made known to the many students who were not involved, making this an initiative that provides a highly educationally stimulating experience for both students.

Improving the "CUC Career Chart" and linking it with "Internships"

In order for students to have a meaningful "internship" experience, to feel a sense of growth in their confidence, and to use what they learn at university and in the workforce, it is important for them to set goals and plans before the internship and to self-evaluate afterward. Therefore, we will improve and utilize the "CUC Career Chart," which repeats the process of "setting goals and plans, executing them, and self-evaluating after a certain period" every semester, so that students can confirm and realize their own career advancement through the internship. As a result, the four years of university learning and internship training will be even more educationally effective.
