The Web video conferencing system will ensure high-quality communication, while also contributing to cost reductions in transportation, accommodation, venue, operating expenses, and personnel costs during travel, as well as to improving the productivity and speed of initiatives. Web video conferencing will be held 3-5 times a month, including regional meetings, theme meetings, and all other meetings. At the same time, each university will introduce equipment to promote the project, and if there is outsourcing, contracts will be made, and the project will be launched and operated.
