Chiba Gakuen Educational Corporation fully recognizes the importance of individual numbers and specific personal information (hereinafter referred to as "specific personal information, etc."), and has established this basic policy to ensure the appropriate handling of specific personal information, etc. as an organization.

Regarding safe management measures for specific personal information, we will separately establish "Specific Personal Information Protection Regulations."
(2) Personnel safety measures
We will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to employees involved in the handling of specific personal information, etc., to ensure that appropriate safety management measures for specific personal information, etc. are taken.
(3) Physical safety control measures
We will establish management areas and handling areas for specific personal information, etc.
We will also take appropriate anti-theft measures for devices, electronic media, and documents that handle specific personal information.
(4) Technical safety control measures
We will take measures to prevent unauthorized access to PCs, servers, etc. that handle specific personal information files.
