Project Purpose

Chiba University of Commerce has produced many accountants, including tax accountants and certified public accountants, and has an organized CUC Accountant Club. In addition to holding regular meetings with the CUC Accountant Club, Research Center for Accounting has built a relationship of trust by holding accounting and tax training seminars once a year, and will hold these training seminars again this year (in cooperation with the Chiba Prefectural Tax Accountant Association and the Chiba Chapter of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
From a research perspective, the purpose of this project is to extract, through discussions and interviews, information about the current situation and issues in the accounting, auditing, and tax practices of practitioners that would be difficult for researchers to learn about through research, and to use this information for future research.
