Tuition Reduction and Exemption for Foreign Students Paying Their Own Expenses

For foreign students paying their own expenses, the annual tuition may be reduced by 30%. For those entering in April, this reduction is made at the time of paying the tuition for the autumn semester, and for those entering in October, this reduction is made at the time of paying the tuition for the spring semester. The tuition may be reduced by more than 30% for students achieving high scores in the entrance exam and in subsequent semesters.
