Regarding the Local Government Association Liaison Meeting in place of the Representative Meeting

To all members (Chiba University of Commerce students)

Due to the spread of COVID-19, entry to the campus was prohibited until September 20, 2020. The Chiba University of Commerce Student Self-Government Association has recognized this as an emergency situation as defined in Article 81 of the Chiba University of Commerce Student Self-Government Association Regulations, and in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the Chiba University of Commerce Student Self-Government Association Regulations, the voting rights and executive powers of the Association will be concentrated in the Self-Government Association Liaison Committee.

As a result, all representative meetings scheduled for April, May, and July have been canceled, and the fiscal 2019 settlement of accounts and the fiscal 2020 budget were discussed and decided at the Local Government Association Liaison Meetings held on July 29, August 17, and September 8, 2020. For details of the meetings, please refer to the minutes below and the attached documents "Documents 1-6."

The 4th and 5th extraordinary meetings were also held at the JFBA instead of the representative meeting. For details of the meetings, please refer to the minutes below and the attached documents "Documents 1 to 5".
