Regional Cooperation Promotion System

Based on the regional collaboration and network strategy of the "Future Vision for the 100th Anniversary of Chiba University of Commerce (CUC Vision100)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Future Vision") and the "Future Vision First Medium-Term Management Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Medium-Term Management Plan"), the "Regional Collaboration Promotion Center" was established in place of the Regional Collaboration and Network Center from 2015. The university-wide regional collaboration promotion system, including the Center, is as follows.

The main organizations that make up the university-wide regional collaboration promotion system and their functions

  1. Headquarters for Promotion of Regional Collaboration
    President Headed by the Director of the Regional Collaboration Promotion Division, the Division will establish a university-wide regional collaboration promotion system, and formulate, promote, and evaluate basic policies for the system.
  2. Regional Cooperation Promotion Council
    This body deliberates and expresses opinions regarding the promotion of regional cooperation. It is made up of representatives of related local organizations, experts, and faculty, staff, and students of the University who are engaged in regional cooperation activities.
