Under the guidance of faculty members, graduate students act as Teaching Assistants (TAs) and undergraduate students act as Student Assistants (SAs), participating in classes and providing guidance and advice to students, as well as supporting class management.
The advantage of this system is that students enrolled in the course can easily ask questions and seek advice from the TAs and SAs, who are also students, and for students who are TAs or SAs, it is an opportunity to deepen their own learning through teaching.
How to become a TA or SA
Currently, TAs and SAs are active in many classes.
To become a TA or SA, you must be recommended by a faculty member or apply in response to a public notice, and you will be appointed after a prescribed screening process. SAs must have earned credits for the subjects they are responsible for.
