This program places emphasis on group work between students from overseas and our students. Each group will work on a theme set for them through learning about Japanese industry and technology and experiencing subculture. In the past, each group gave a presentation on the development of products that can be sold in the home countries of Japanese and overseas students, and on disseminating information using digital technology to revitalize local communities.

Participant comments
- I realized how difficult it is to make a presentation while facing a language barrier, and when I think about how this is directly related to the challenges of globalization, I realized how important communication is.
- Unlike the CUC Summer Program, the language used was Japanese, so I was able to relax. Proposing a business was a new experience for me as a first-year student, and I was able to understand the language differences and learn proactively.
- I think it was a great opportunity to deepen friendships with students from overseas. Not only was it fun, but by doing group work for company visits and preparing for presentations, I was able to see the differences in how people think and interpret things, which broadened the scope of my own way of thinking.
