Accreditation results by university
Since April 2004, all universities have been required to undergo evaluation by an evaluation organization certified by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology at regular intervals (up to seven years) to be determined by government ordinance regarding the overall status of their education and research, organizational management, facilities and equipment, etc., in order to contribute to improving the standards of their education and research.
Chiba University of Commerce was accredited by the Japan Council for Higher Education in 2008 and 2015.
In addition, in 2022, the university underwent its third institutional accreditation evaluation and was certified by the Japan Higher Education Accreditation Council as "compliant with the university evaluation standards."
Based on the results of this evaluation, we will work to further enhance and develop our education and research.
