Issuing certificates for current students

Certificates can be applied for and issued using a certificate issuing service or at a student discount certificate issuing machine.

Certificate issuing service

The "Certificate Issuance Service" is a service that allows you to apply online for the issuance of the necessary certificates, pay by credit card or cash at a convenience store, and then use the multi-function copy machines installed in convenience stores nationwide (Seven-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson) or receive the certificate by mail or as a PDF electronic certificate.

Certificate issuing service

Main certificates that can be issued

certificate	remarks
Certificate of enrollment	When required, for example, to apply for a "Remote Area Insured Person Certificate."
Certificate of expected graduation (4th year)	When it is required for job hunting etc.
Transcript
Health certificate	When it is required for job hunting, etc. However, it cannot be issued to those who have not undergone the spring regular health check or those whose items exceed the standard values.

1. * For certificates that are not supported by the certificate issuing service, please apply at your university office.

About sending electronic certificates online

The online electronic certificate delivery function is a service that allows various certificates to be sent directly to companies as electronic certificates (PDF) with guaranteed authenticity. The PDF data of the certificate is digitally signed and time-stamped to prevent tampering. If the PDF is tampered with after it is issued, an error message will be displayed when the PDF is opened.

1. * You cannot send the electronic certificate (PDF) to yourself.
2. * The "Submission address" you entered when applying will be printed on the certificate.

• Regarding students on leave of absence
  We only accept applications by mail. Please contact us via the inquiry form.
• Refund Policy
  If you apply for the wrong number or type of certificates, we will not refund any fees that you have already paid, regardless of the reason.

Regarding various applications and applications

The certificate issuing service also accepts various applications such as reissuing student ID cards, applications for nursing care experience training, copy card top-up applications, and applications to take various courses.

Student discount card issuing machine

Discounts on passenger fares are available for students returning home during summer and winter vacations. Student discount certificates can be issued at the student discount certificate issuing machine located in front of Student Division on the first floor of the main building.

1. * Graduate students who cannot use the student discount card issuing machines on weekdays should apply through the following menu on CUC PORTAL.

Notes

• Applies to trips of 101km or more one way.
• In principle, the number of cards issued is limited to 10 per year, with a limit of two cards issued at any one time.
• The validity period is within three months from the date of issue or until the end of the fiscal year (March 31st).
• Fraudulent use of student discount certificates may not only result in the person involved being fined, but may also result in the suspension of issuance of student discount certificates for the entire university, so please make sure to refrain from fraudulent use.
