Formation of a club and continuation of activities

*The following conditions must be met in order to apply. Applications will be accepted after the purpose of the organization is reviewed.

  1. * The total number of members must be 5 or more.
  2. * Members are from multiple departments.
  3. * The majority of members must not be from the same high school, seminar, class, boarding house, etc.
  4. * Applications are required every fiscal year, so if you wish to continue, you must resubmit in April.

Match and event results

All student organizations that belong to the Student Council must report the results of their activities, such as games and events, within two weeks of the event. Organizations that have achieved outstanding results will be eligible for awards and extracurricular activity grants.
