*The following conditions must be met in order to apply. Applications will be accepted after the purpose of the organization is reviewed.
- * The total number of members must be 5 or more.
- * Members are from multiple departments.
- * The majority of members must not be from the same high school, seminar, class, boarding house, etc.
- * Applications are required every fiscal year, so if you wish to continue, you must resubmit in April.

*The match/event participation notification must be submitted at least 10 days before the match/event. If not submitted, insurance will not apply.
*If you have to miss class due to a tournament, presentation, etc., you must consult with Student Division in advance and submit a request for exceptions within one week of the date of the absence.
Match and event results
All student organizations that belong to the Student Council must report the results of their activities, such as games and events, within two weeks of the event. Organizations that have achieved outstanding results will be eligible for awards and extracurricular activity grants.
