Community Activities Promotion Office (CUC Link Room)

The Community Activity Promotion Room (CUC Link Room) aims to promote interaction with the local community, disseminate information, and engage in volunteer activities. It is a free space that local residents can use if they register. It can be used for a variety of purposes related to local activities, such as meetings and events. There is also a play area for children within the facility.

How to apply	User registration * Registration is required the first time. Please note that it may take 1 to 2 weeks for your registration to be completed. Advance reservation for date and time of use Once the date and time of use is confirmed, you will be sent a "Notice of Confirmation of Use" by email. Please be sure to keep this "Notice of Confirmation of Use" and present it at the Social Cooperation Promotion Division on the day of use. Please apply between 3 months and 2 weeks before the date of use. In principle, the facility is available from 9:30 to 17:00 on weekdays.
