School Doctor
In order to support students in living a healthy life both physically and mentally, we provide opportunities for students to meet with the school doctor. During the meeting with the school doctor, students can feel free to talk about any worries or concerns they may have about their mental or physical health, or worries about job hunting.
*Those wishing to have an interview must contact the Health Support Center Medical Office and make an appointment.

health check
Regular student health checkups are conducted once a year for all students in accordance with the School Health and Safety Act. Please be sure to take the checkup every year. Please check the CUC PORTAL for information on health checkups.
- Health Checkup Overview
The health check is conducted on campus in early April every year. If you are unable to take the health check during this period, please take the health check at an external medical institution and submit the results of your health check to the Health Support Center (medical office) by the end of June. (The cost of the health check is to be borne by the student.)
The examination items include height, weight, urine test, internal medical examination, chest X-ray, and vision test. - Those who are eligible for re-examination/detailed examination
Those who are required to undergo retesting will be sent a "Notice of Retesting." Please prepare the enclosed "Request for Retesting/Detailed Examination," "Health Examination Result Sheet," and "Insurance Card" and visit a medical institution. Have the medical institution fill out the "Request for Retesting/Detailed Examination" and submit it to the Health Support Center (Medical Office) by the end of July. - Issuance of health certificates
You can use the certificate issuing service to issue a certificate. However, certificates cannot be issued to the following people:- Those who have not undergone a health check
- Those who have not completed any medical checkups
- Those who have been found to have an abnormality in the results of their health check and have not submitted the results of the re-examination instructed by the medical office.
