Gymnastics Club

器械体操競技部写真The gymnastics club is working towards competing in the All Japan Intercollegiate Championships. We practice six types of exercises - floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar - as well as strength training and flexibility. Not only experienced gymnasts are included in the club, but beginners also enjoy practicing together.
With practice, acrobatic tricks are no longer a dream! It's also effective for improving muscle strength and flexibility, so if you're interested, feel free to come to the club room.
