Announcement of "UD Rogaine in Ichikawa" (12/1)

Do you know the sport of Rogaining? "UD Rogain in Ichikawa" is an event that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, from small children. It is a navigation sport in which participants go around the locations set as checkpoints within a time limit based on a map, take photos that match the checkpoints, and collect points. The numbers set at the checkpoints are the points, and individuals or groups with the highest total points will be ranked higher.
The theme of this event is "Disaster Prevention x Adventure". We hope that participants will embark on an adventure around disaster prevention and disaster-related places in Ichikawa City and discover disaster prevention knowledge while having fun. As a participation prize, you will be able to enjoy lunch at The University DINING on the day of the event.
We welcome everyone to participate, whether as an individual, with family or friends.
The activities of this event were awarded the Ichikawa City Landscape Award (Awareness Event Category) by Ichikawa City in recognition of its outstanding contributions to raising awareness of the city's landscape.

Start time: 10:00-10:30 *Participants who are ready will be able to start at any time. *The competition time will be 3 hours. *As a special rule for UD Rogaine in Ichikawa, participants are permitted to use public transportation during the competition (fares are at their own expense). | Clothing | Comfortable clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty *To prevent injury, it is recommended that you wear long sleeves, long pants, and absorbent shirts. *Please prepare warm clothing etc. according to the weather on the day. *Please bring a change of clothes for after the competition if necessary. |
