On August 2, 2023, the "Chiba University of Commerce 2025 University-wide Reorganization Press Conference" was held at the Japan National Press Club in Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo.

Starting in 2024, the Graduate School will change the admission quotas for its doctoral and master's programs, and will separate the Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant Registration Training Course, which was a common program in the Graduate School of Graduate School of Commerce, and establish a new Small and Medium Enterprise Management Course that will award a new degree, Master's in Business Management.
