The "Accounting Profession Course" and "Tax Profession Course" offered by Graduate School of Accounting & Finance, MBA Program Chiba University of Commerce Graduate School have been designated by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as "Specialized Practical Education and Training Courses for Education and Training Grants (designated in April 2018)."
If you are planning to enroll in Graduate School of Accounting & Finance, MBA Program or are a future applicant who wishes to receive the Professional Practical Education and Training Grant after enrollment, please read the "Pre-application Procedures" below carefully and proceed with the procedure without missing anything.

Pre-application procedures for "Specialized Practical Education and Training Benefits"
To receive the education and training benefit, you must apply in advance (at least one month before the start date of the course).
The documents to be submitted may be obtained from the Hello Work office or issued by your employer, so be sure to check the details and complete the procedures in time for the deadline.
- Obtain documents to submit for pre-course application at Hello Work
Before you begin the pre-application process, please obtain either document 1 or 2 below.
*It may take some time to obtain each document. We recommend that you check as early as possible.
- Certificate from employer regarding attendance of specialized practical education and training
- Job Card
- Obtain other pre-application documents
●Education and Training Benefit and Education and Training Support Benefit Eligibility Verification Sheet
●Identity and address verification documents
● Employment Insurance Certificate
Notification of extension of applicable period for education and training benefits
● 2 photos
Passbook or cash card of the financial institution to which you wish to make payment - Submit pre-course application documents to Hello Work
Pre-registration deadline: Thursday, February 28, 2019
*For students planning to enroll in April 2019
*The counter for educational training benefits is only open on weekdays (Monday to Friday). For details on opening hours and application procedures, please contact the Hello Work office that has jurisdiction over your address.
*Even if you have not yet been accepted, the deadline for advance applications is as stated above. Please proceed with the application process in advance without waiting for the results of the entrance exam and selection process.
