In the second round of the 2020 teacher recruitment exam, four students from Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration passed in Chiba Prefecture, and one of them also passed in Shizuoka Prefecture. This is the first time in three years that a student from this faculty has passed the exam while still in the program, since two students (Chiba and Shizuoka Prefectures) passed in 2016, and four students is the highest number of successful candidates in the past 20 years. In particular, Chiba Prefecture had 44 applicants, of which nine were successful (including lecturers), giving a ratio of 4.9 to 1.
