Photo Rogaining is a sport in which participants go around checkpoints set up on a map within a time limit, take photos at the same points as the checkpoints, and collect points. The numbers set at the checkpoints are the points, and individuals or groups with the highest total points will be ranked higher.
The fourth event will be held under the theme of "Heisei." This event will allow you to look back on 30 years of history while touring Ichikawa City's Heisei spots, reminiscing on fond memories and discovering new attractions. We look forward to seeing many of you, including family and friends, participate in the last Heisei photo rogaining event.
The activities of this event were awarded the Ichikawa City Landscape Award (Awareness Event Category) by Ichikawa City in recognition of its outstanding contributions to raising awareness of the city's landscape.

Flow of the day
Reception 8:30-9:30 (doors open 8:15)
Registration will take place at the University Dining Hall.
You will be given a map, a list of checkpoints, etc. at the reception.
Information session: 9:00-9:20, 9:40-10:00 (held twice)
We will explain the rules, etc. Please make sure everyone participates.
*The content is the same for both sessions. Please participate in either session.
Start time: 9:30-10:30 *Competition time: 3 hours
The University Dining Hall is the starting point. The race time is 3 hours. If you exceed 3 hours, points will be deducted. For example, if you start at 9:30, you must finish by 12:30. You can start at any time between 9:30 and 10:30.
You don't have to visit all the checkpoints, and you can visit them in any order you like.
*The more checkpoints you visit, the higher your score will not necessarily be.
*Only trains and buses are permitted as public transportation, and fares must be paid by the participant.
Goal 12:30～13:30
The finish line is the University Dining Hall. Please make sure to return to the finish line even if you cannot make it in time.
After you reach the goal, please fill in the checkpoint number on the results report and submit it to the reception desk. In exchange, you will be given a participation prize (lunch ticket).
Meals 13:00-15:00
Enjoy lunch at our university dining hall, "The University DINING."
*Your lunch ticket (valid only on the day of the race) will be given to you at the reception in exchange for your results report after reaching the finish line.
Award ceremony: 15:00-15:30
There will be fantastic prizes awarded to the top winners and a prize draw on the day.
