The purpose of Platform for Arts and Sciences is to develop a foundation for students of our university. In order to develop human resources with "high ethical standards" and "broad-based education," one of the "CUC Three Strengths" established based on the Diploma Policy, we have established the "CUC Basic Education Subjects" as a common curriculum for all faculties.

CUC Foundational Education Courses
The CUC Foundational Education Courses are a common curriculum for all faculties that students can take, regardless of their faculty or department, as part of the university's foundational education. Students can freely choose from seven subject categories (approximately 150 subjects) according to their interests and learn a wide range of subjects.
