Advisory Board
Faculty of Global Studies has established an Advisory Board consisting of external experts, mainly from companies that operate globally. As the trend towards recruiting global talent increases year by year, the Advisory Board provides advice on educational programs and evaluates the results of education, enabling the School of Faculty of Global Studies to provide a flexible, cutting-edge education that allows students to acquire the skills necessary to become the global talent that companies are looking for.
Faculty Evaluation Meeting
We have established a Faculty Evaluation Meeting with the aim of receiving evaluations and opinions on undergraduate education from people outside the faculty, mainly from the business and education worlds, and reflecting them in the curriculum. In principle, it is held in June and March every year, and is an opportunity to receive an evaluation of the faculty's educational performance based on the Faculty of Global Studies annual education plan reported in June and the implementation results of the plan reported at the end of the academic year. In addition, the results of the Faculty Evaluation Meeting are shared with participants as minutes and used as a reference for the faculty's education plans for the following year and beyond.
The 2nd Faculty Evaluation Meeting of 2018 (held on March 4, 2019)
We reported on the status of educational activities and job hunting in 2018. Many of the advisory board members are human resources and recruitment experts, and they provided valuable advice based on current recruitment trends, especially regarding job hunting support.
