Message from the Dean

The Graduate Graduate School of Policy Studies, Doctoral Program is an independent graduate school that only offers doctoral programs. There is a special system in place that allows people who have built a career in the workforce after graduating from university to enter the school if they pass an individual screening process, even if they have not completed a master's program at the graduate school.
In the narrow sense, policy studies envisages the objective analysis of specific fields and specific entities under given conditions, but in this graduate school, we take a broader view and aim to comprehensively and comprehensively analyze all fields and all entities. Analytical methods include theory, empirical evidence, systems, history, academic history, case studies, etc.
This graduate school has a special curriculum that allows classes to be held only on Saturdays in order to actively accept experienced working adults. The first step in research is to attempt to analyze the accumulated knowledge in the business field using a wide variety of social science methods based on a focus on the problem awareness from a survey of previous research. Then, by carefully examining the results of the analysis, we can bring out shining originality, which is the culture of our university, which places importance on practical learning.
