Environment and Sustainability Course
In order to create a sustainable society, students will gain a broad understanding of various social issues and their solutions, from global to local levels, and develop the ability to work on solving problems in collaboration with stakeholders such as companies and local governments.
[Typical subjects] Sustainable Economics, Global Society, Environmental Sociology, Sustainability and the Environment, Volunteerism, etc.

Culture and Communication Course
We aim to understand the diverse values of modern society and the appeal of various regional cultures, and to explore the possibilities of communication for mutual understanding. We also work with artists and local residents to discover and disseminate the appeal of regional resources and cultures.
[Typical subjects] Tourism studies, Urban society studies, Japanese culture and geography, Multicultural coexistence studies, Family sociology, etc.

Community Development and Coexistence Course
We will explore the ideal form of society from the perspective of coexistence so that all people can "live well," learn methods for community development from various case studies, and put them into practice in collaboration with stakeholders such as local governments and shopping districts.
