This office will provide guidance on course registration and campus life.
Please note that some parts of the orientation program will be held before the entrance ceremony (before April 6th), so please be careful not to make a mistake with the dates.

What to bring
Please be sure to bring it with you on the first day of orientation.
- Student ID card exchange slip
- * Scheduled for release on March 29th
- * Please download the application from the Admission Procedures menu on your My Page and bring it with you in a format that you can print out or show on your smartphone, etc. This will be used as an exchange slip for distributed documents, etc.
- Laptop
- If you do not have a laptop, please bring a smartphone.
- Writing implements
- * You may wear casual attire.

First course registration period
- April 2nd (Tuesday) 10:00 to April 5th (Friday) 13:00
Second course registration period
- April 9th (Tuesday) 13:00 - April 11th (Thursday) 13:00
4. About the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) Scholarship
If you have applied for a scholarship through your high school or other institution and have been selected as a candidate, please watch the video and prepare the necessary documents.
Candidates for scholarships are required to attend an orientation for scholarship applicants after enrollment.
For the schedule, please check the "Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship Procedures" handout distributed on your first day of orientation.

Be careful of posts with hashtags such as "#CUCStartingSpring", "Chiba University of Commerce", and "#ChibaUniversityofCommerce".
Please be aware that anyone can post information targeting new students under the name of "Chiba University of Commerce" or "CUC," that there is no guarantee that all such information is trustworthy, and that some of the information may be malicious. Please exercise caution.
Please keep in mind the following "actions to manage personal information and protect your own safety."
- Do not participate in events (even online) where the organizer is unclear.
- Don't follow unknown accounts and don't reply to DMs you don't recognize.
- Do not register your contact details or personal information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or LINE IDs, on social media or websites without careful consideration.
