1. Training Period

Friday, February 9th, 2018 to Sunday, February 25th, 17 days (planned)

2. Training location

Reims Polytechnic College (Reims, France)

3. Program Overview

Lectures in English, cultural experience tours, etc.

4. Number of applicants

3 people (minimum number of participants: 1 person)

5. Eligibility

  1. Applicants must be undergraduate students enrolled in the 2017 academic year who are healthy, proactive, and cooperative.
  2. Those who are interested in French culture and history
  3. Those who have the English proficiency to understand the content of lectures in English and participate in discussions

6. Costs

  1. Airfare: Approximately 150,000 yen (subject to change)
  2. TGV fare: Approximately 10,000 yen (subject to change) *Local high-speed train
  3. Travel procedure fee: Passport acquisition fee
  4. Overseas travel insurance: You must enroll in overseas travel insurance designated by the university.
  5. Food costs: Meals off campus
  6. Transportation expenses: Local transportation expenses and round-trip transportation expenses from your home to Narita (Haneda) Airport
  7. Personal expenses: pocket money, phone bills, etc.

7. Notes

  1. This program is an exchange program for CUC Summer Program participating schools, so training fees, accommodation fees, and meal fees will be waived.
  2. In the event of a large number of applicants, priority will be given to students who have participated in the most recent summer program as participants or supporters.
  3. You cannot join the program midway through.
  4. Driving (cars or motorcycles) is not permitted during the training period.
  5. Any activities or overnight stays outside of the designated itinerary are not permitted.
  6. This training is not credit-certified.
  7. This training will not be supervised by faculty or staff of our university. Please follow the instructions of the staff of Reims Polytechnic College on-site.

9. Documents to be submitted at the time of application

  1. Application form (prescribed form)
  2. Health certificate

10. Application Method and Deadline

Please fill out and submit the application form available at International Center Office (1st floor of the main building). Applicants will be interviewed to determine who will participate.
