This contest has been held since 2014 with the aim of having high school students develop a deeper awareness of their hometown by coming up with a business plan that utilizes local resources, and by having the school disseminate the business plans that the high school students have come up with to society, thereby helping to boost the local economy. High school students will research "things and events that the local area can be proud of," such as locally produced products, traditional culture, and small and medium-sized enterprises with world-class technology, uncover the appeal of the area, and propose ideas for creating local businesses.
