As part of its social contribution activities, Chiba University of Commerce will be holding the "CUC Open Lectures in Marunouchi 2018."
As a comprehensive university of social sciences, since 2017, under the basic strategy set forth by President, "President 's Project," the university has been conducting research and initiatives in line with the times, including on SDGs, sustainability, ICT, Fintech, ethics, ESG investment, disaster prevention, local communities, renewable energy, and RE100, with four themes in mind: "New developments in accounting," "CSR research and awareness raising," "Creating safe and secure cities and communities," and "Environment and energy."
In addition to activity reports and research presentations from each project, this course will feature special lectures by invited experts on each theme and panel discussions with participants. Based on the educational policy of cultivating business ethics and creating virtuous businesspeople, which is the founding philosophy of our university, we would like to think, discuss, and collaborate with all participants to create an accountable society and economy.
Anyone can participate in this course. We hope you will join us.
