[Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration] Alumni Survey

Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at our university is conducting a questionnaire survey targeting graduates of the faculty.
The purpose of this survey is to hear students' opinions about their work and life after graduation, and their activities during their time as university students, and to use this information to inform their future education.

Alumni Survey Summary

1. Target Audience
   Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration graduates from 2019 to 2023 (300 students)
2. How to answer
   Eligible individuals will receive a survey invitation by mail containing a two-dimensional code and URL to access the response web page. Please check the information and respond from your PC or smartphone.
3. Implementation period
   December 19th (Thursday) - January 17th, 2025 (Friday)
4. Response time
   About 10 minutes
5. Remuneration
   We will be holding a drawing to give away an Amazon gift certificate (digital gift code) to those who respond. The gift certificate will be sent to the email address you entered on the response web page around mid-February.

1. * The announcement of the winners will be replaced by the shipment of the prizes.
2. * The implementation of this survey has been outsourced to Shinken Ad Co., Ltd., a company with a Privacy Mark certification. All collected results will be processed statistically and will not be used for any other purpose and no personal information will be made public.
