Approval of donations based on the revised Private School Act (effective April 1, 2025)

The application for approval to change the donation act based on the revised Private School Act, which came into effect on April 1, 2025, was approved on December 19, 2024.
Pursuant to Article 63-2 of the Private Schools Act, we are publishing the revised donation act.
This donation will come into effect on April 1, 2025.
