2025 Entrance Ceremony (Undergraduate)

The 2025 Chiba University of Commerce undergraduate entrance ceremony will be held as follows.

Ceremony venue	Chiba University of Commerce Gymnasium 2nd Floor Arena Access to our university *There is no parking lot, so please use public transportation when coming to the event.
time	Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration	11:30～12:30 (Doors open at 10:45)
	Faculty of Policy Planning and Management, Faculty of Service Innovation, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Global Studies	14:00～15:00 (Doors open at 13:15)

To all new students

1. (1) The venue will be very crowded just before the ceremony begins. Please allow yourself plenty of time to enter.
2. (2) There is no dress code, but most new students wear suits every year. Indoor shoes are not required.
3. (3) Student ID cards will be distributed as follows:
   • Student in Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration
     Date and time: Saturday, April 5th, 10:00
     Location: Gymnasium 1st floor
     *Entry to the venue begins at 10:45.
   • Students Faculty of Policy Planning and Management, Faculty of Service Innovation, and Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences
     Date and time: Saturday, April 5th, 12:30pm
     Location: Gymnasium 1st floor
     *Entry to the venue begins at 13:15

2. *Your first day of school will be before the entrance ceremony. Please be sure to check the orientation schedule.
   About Orientation

To all family members

Up to two family members per new student will be allowed into the ceremony venue.
Due to limited seating, if you are unable to enter the ceremony venue (gymnasium), we will guide you to the live streaming venue (another venue).

Information session for new students and parents

An information session for parents of new students will be held on the day of the entrance ceremony.
We will explain how to use the "CUC Parent Handbook", which summarizes university life, and the "Parent LINE", which provides parents with timely information that is useful to them.

On the day of the entrance ceremony, various events will be held on campus, including presentations by senior students and performances.

Important Notice

1. * Please refrain from visiting if you have a fever or are feeling unwell.
2. * There is no parking available, so please use public transportation when coming to our university.
3. * Please refrain from getting on or off near the main gate or parking at nearby facilities (convenience stores, etc.) as this may cause inconvenience to the neighborhood.
4. * Please refrain from taking photographs near the main gate as it is a public road. Please use the photo spots provided on campus.
