Please note that all administrative offices and departments will be closed from Saturday, August 9th to Sunday, August 17th (Graduate School Division will be closed from Saturday, August 9th to Friday, August 15th), so please be aware of this when making any inquiries.

For prospective students
Individual consultations and campus visits
If you would like to have a private consultation or visit the campus, please contact Admissions Office at least two days before your desired date.
Please note that campus tours will not be available during the administrative holiday period from August 12th (Tuesday) to August 15th (Friday).
* If your desired date is Monday, August 18th, please contact us by 4:30 PM on Friday, August 8th.
Requesting university brochures, application forms, and other materials
To request university brochures and student recruitment guidelines during the administrative holiday period, please use the request page. These will be sent out sequentially from Monday, August 18th.
About the reception desk for application and enrollment procedures
Please note that applications and enrollment procedures will not be accepted during office closures.
For current students
Student discount certificate, academic transcript, expected graduation certificate and health certificate
Certificates that cannot be issued at convenience stores will be issued by mail or at the university office (Education Division or Graduate School Division). If you are requesting it at the university office, please complete the procedure so that you can receive it by 5:00 PM on Friday, August 8th. Please note that the student discount certificate issuing machine will be available until 5:00 PM on Friday, August 8th.
About club, circle and seminar activities
If you are holding a club or circle training camp during the summer vacation, please submit a "Club Activity Training Camp Notification" to Student Division at least one week in advance. If you would like to borrow an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) for a training camp, please apply for it in advance at Student Division. Please also take sufficient precautions against heatstroke and accidents.
If a lecture, seminar, etc. involves fieldwork or a training camp, the instructor must submit a "Fieldwork/Seminar Training Camp Notification (Domestic)" to Education Division or Graduate School Division at least one week in advance.
For graduates
The certificate issuance service requires confirmation and approval of your initial application, so please apply well in advance (please note that we will not be able to confirm or approve your application during periods when our office is closed, so we recommend that you apply early).
