Please note that all administrative offices and departments will be closed from Saturday, August 10th to Thursday, August 15th (Graduate School Division will be closed from Sunday, August 11th to Thursday, August 15th), so please keep this in mind when making any inquiries.

For prospective students
Individual consultations and campus visits
If you would like to have a private consultation or visit the campus, please contact Admissions Office at least two days before the date of your desired visit.
Please note that we will not be able to offer campus tours during the administrative holiday period from August 13th (Tuesday) to August 15th (Thursday).

Requesting university brochures, application forms, and other materials
Please use the request page to request university brochures and student recruitment information during the administrative office closure period. We will send them out in order from Friday, August 16th.
About the reception desk for application and enrollment procedures
Please note that applications and enrollment procedures will not be accepted during office closures.
For current students
Student discount certificate, academic transcript, expected graduation certificate and health certificate
Certificates that are not supported by the certificate issuing service will be issued at the university office (Education Division or Graduate School Division). Please complete the procedures so that you can receive them by 17:00 on Friday, August 9th. Please note that the student discount certificate issuing machine can be used until 17:00 on Friday, August 9th.
About club, circle and seminar activities
If you are holding a club or circle training camp during the summer vacation, please submit a "Club Activity Training Camp Notification" to Student Division at least one week in advance. If you would like to borrow an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) for a training camp, please apply for it in advance at Student Division. Please also take sufficient precautions against heatstroke and accidents.
If fieldwork or training camps are conducted as part of lectures, seminars, etc., the faculty member in charge must submit a "Fieldwork/Seminar Training Camp Notification (Domestic)" to the Faculty Administrative Office or Graduate School Division at least one week in advance.
For graduates
Starting in April 2023, we have introduced a "Certificate Issuance Service" to issue various certificates. If you are using this service for the first time, your application for first-time use will need to be confirmed and approved, so please apply well in advance (please note that confirmation and approval will not be possible during periods when business operations are suspended, and we recommend that you apply early).
