We would like to express our heartfelt condolences to all those affected by the recent large-scale natural disaster.
This is to inform you that our university has determined that the following natural disasters apply to our university's tuition fee reduction and exemption regulations for large-scale natural disasters, etc.
If you have been affected by the disaster, undergraduate students should contact Student Division, and graduate students should contact Graduate School Division by Friday, August 30th.

  • Disasters caused by heavy rain from July 25, 2024

Documents to be submitted

  1. Application form (issued by the Student Student Division for undergraduate students and the Graduate School Graduate School Division)
  2. Disaster certificate issued by the relevant local government (copy acceptable)
    *If it takes time to issue the Disaster Damage Certificate, please submit a copy of all application documents submitted when you went to your city, town or village office to apply for the Disaster Damage Certificate (you will need to submit the Disaster Damage Certificate at a later date).
  3. Photos showing the damage situation

If you have suffered any damage, are experiencing difficulties continuing your studies, or have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
