Tuition reductions and exemptions in the event of a large-scale natural disaster

このたびの大規模自然災害により、被災された全ての皆さまに心よりお見舞い申し上げます。
本学では、以下の自然災害を本学の大規模自然災害等に係る学費減免規程に該当するものとして決定いたしましたので、お知らせします。
被災された方は8月30日(金)までに学部生は学生課、大学院生は大学院課にお申し出ください。

Documents to be submitted

1. Application form (issued by the Student Student Division for undergraduate students and the Graduate School Graduate School Division)
2. Disaster certificate issued by the relevant local government (copy acceptable)
   *If it takes time to issue the Disaster Damage Certificate, please submit a copy of all application documents submitted when you went to your city, town or village office to apply for the Disaster Damage Certificate (you will need to submit the Disaster Damage Certificate at a later date).
3. Photos showing the damage situation

If you have suffered any damage, are experiencing difficulties continuing your studies, or have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
