The curriculum matrix is a diagram that illustrates the relationship between the skills and abilities that we aim to develop (CUC's three skills and CUC's six ability elements) and each subject. It was created so that students can see at a glance which subjects they can use to acquire the skills and abilities they want to acquire.
In addition, a system (numbering code) has been introduced that indicates the stage and order of study by assigning appropriate numbers to each subject and classifying them, and clearly indicates the systematic nature of the curriculum. By assigning specific numbers according to academic fields, levels, study orders, etc., students can refer to them when selecting subjects. In addition, because it is possible to compare the positioning of subjects with those of other universities that implement numbering, it can be used as a guide for credit transfer with universities in Japan and abroad.
The skills that can be acquired in each subject are clearly stated in the syllabus.
