[100th Anniversary Project] Calling for 100th Anniversary Logo Mark Entries!

We are calling for submissions for a logo design that will highlight our 100th anniversary and evoke the history and future of our university.
The 100th anniversary logo will be used for various events, merchandise, and other 100th anniversary commemorative projects.

Eligibility	Students, graduates, faculty and staff of this university
Application period	Until 23:59 on Friday, August 30th * Entries that have completed the application form by the deadline will be subject to review.

How to Apply	Please apply using the application form. * Applications are now closed. * To prevent spam, if you have specified domain reception, please set it so that you can receive emails from "＠cuc-support.com".
Important Notice for Application	Applications cannot be submitted by mail or email. Submitted works must be original, unpublished works created specifically for this event. If, after the selection is made, it is discovered that the work is identical or similar to a work that has already been published, the submission may be revoked. Please be sure to write the concept of your work (the thoughts you put into your work). Submitted works will not be returned. The winning submission may be edited or revised. The copyright and all other rights of the selected works will belong to Chiba University of Commerce. Furthermore, Chiba University of Commerce will be free to use the selected works. The names of the winners will be made public upon the award ceremony. Please only apply if you agree to having your name published. We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding application status, selection status, etc. By applying, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions.

Application process

1. Application
   Deadline: Friday, August 30th
   Please apply using the application form.
2. Selection
   Monday, September 30
   The three final works will be selected by the university. If selected, we will contact the contact information you provided when applying.
3. Final vote
   October 1st (Tuesday) - October 25th (Friday)
   The winning entry (Grand Prize winner) will be selected by votes from students, faculty and staff of the university.
4. Announcement of the Results
   Sunday, November 3 (Mizuho Festival Day)

Can I submit multiple works?

You may submit as many entries as you like.

Is it necessary to include the name of the university in the work?

You do not need to include the name of the university.

Can I have a hand-drawn design?

You can also apply by handwriting. Please convert the file into the specified format and submit it through the application form.

Can I have a monochrome design?

Please submit your work in color.

Are there any rules for naming the files for submissions?

Please use half-width English letters or numbers for the file name.
