The network and strong collaborative skills gained after graduation are a great source of inspiration
Graduated in March 2024 (13th batch)

Please tell us why you applied to our small and medium-sized enterprise management consultant training course.
While studying for the first exam, I had a vague feeling that "Even if I pass the second exam, I can't imagine what I will do after that." I thought about taking a training course because I wanted to learn practical skills from various perspectives in a curriculum that combines theory and practice, and from instructors with abundant work experience. I thought I would be able to gradually visualize what I would do after that.
The deciding factors for me to apply were the curriculum that allows me to work during the week and study on weekends, the many exercises and original subjects, and the "strength of the network and collaboration after completing the training course," which a senior graduate spoke about at the online information session. As he said, the interactions with people of different generations, ways of thinking, and values have been a great source of nourishment for me even after graduation.
What would you say to people who are thinking about taking the exam?
In addition to your own strong will and determination, it is important to gain the understanding of those around you, especially your family. Before enrolling, I was worried about balancing work and private life, but it was my family that gave me the push I needed, and after enrolling, they supported me with all their might. I am the one who goes to school, I am the one who learns, and I am the one who works hard, but looking back, those two years were only possible because of the understanding and support of those around me. There are times when the commute to school itself and the tasks at hand can make you feel overwhelmed, but it is important not to forget to be grateful for the learning environment and those around you.
If you are clear about what you absolutely want to gain from the training course and your vision for the future, two "difficult" years will turn into two "fulfilling" years. I'm glad I completed the training course for small and medium-sized enterprise management consultants.
