Graduate School Latest Information 2021

important

Based on the Chiba Gakuen School Corporation Crisis Management Regulations, our university has established a Crisis Management Headquarters and established guidelines for preventing the infection and spread of COVID-19. Entrance examinations will be conducted in accordance with these guidelines, so we ask that all examinees take the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Notes on taking the exam

  1. The university has installed alcohol-based disinfectant at the entrances to examination venues, so please disinfect your hands when entering and leaving the venue.
  2. Please wear a mask at all times, including during the interview and written test. If you are asked to remove your mask by a staff member to verify your identity, please follow the instructions and allow the staff member to verify your face.
  3. On the day of the exam, the windows and entrance doors will be open to ventilate the interview and exam rooms, so please bring and wear warm clothing, such as a jacket.
  4. If you need lunch, please bring it with you (the cafeteria will not be open). Please also bring your own drinks and take the containers home with you.
  5. In the examination room and interview waiting room, seats will be spaced apart, so please be careful not to sit anywhere other than the designated seats.
  6. Please refrain from bringing accompanying persons. Also, as there is no parking lot, please refrain from bringing your own car to and from the venue.
  7. Please note that the only entrance to the university is the main gate (all gates other than the main gate will be closed). In addition, we ask for your cooperation in having your temperature taken when entering the campus.
  8. Those who have contracted COVID-19 and have not been diagnosed by a doctor as cured by the test date, and those who have been identified by a public health center or other organization as close contacts, will not be able to take the test.
  9. Candidates who have symptoms such as fever, cough, or fatigue are asked to visit a medical institution in advance. Candidates who have symptoms such as fever (a temperature of 37.5°C or higher when measured at home), cough, or fatigue on the day of the test should refrain from taking the test.
  10. If category 8 or 9 applies to you, please contact us.
