Theme Introduction
By discovering and sharing what is "fun" and "new" about activities, news, and people Chiba University of Commerce and the surrounding area from the unique perspective of students in Faculty of Service Innovation, we aim to get people outside the university interested in Chiba University of Commerce, while also getting students interested in their own university and the local community. The main goal is to acquire the skills to "accurately communicate the information you want to convey," and by engaging in advertising sales, we also aim to gain an experiential understanding of the basic structure of the media business.
Activities
The activity flow is that first, the theme of the information to be conveyed is decided, and project members form teams. After a planning meeting, interviews and photography are conducted based on the theme, and then writing is started. After thorough checking among members, the interviewees and teachers in charge check and revise the booklet, which is then printed and distributed. Through these activities, efforts are made to improve skills in interviewing, photography, writing, design layout, advertising sales, etc. Basically, this process is repeated, with the goal of publishing twice a year, and by making improvements to make it more readable by more people, the aim is to make it more complete. The completed booklet will be distributed to students and faculty of Chiba University of Commerce, as well as people outside the university, mainly local residents.
