Research Themes

The first research theme is to acquire the ability to read financial statements (analytical skills). Students will study using textbooks from the Business Accounting Certification Examination Level 3. The second theme is to acquire the ability to read financial statements (analytical skills) from an international perspective. This is acquired through studying IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards/International Financial Reporting). The theme of graduation research is generally free as long as it is within the realm of accounting. Seminar students are instructed to conduct their graduation research while making the most of what they have learned in their department and course.

Activities

From the second year to the first half of the third year, students will use textbooks from the Business Accounting Certification Examination Level 3 to learn how to read financial statements (analytical skills). In addition, from the second year, students will practice discussions based on a specific theme. From the second half of the third year, students will begin studying IFRS. At the same time, they will begin preparations for their graduation research. In the fourth year, they will begin full-scale graduation research.
